Chalet Jepima sits in the quiet, sought-after Cognet district at 1,850 m. The slopes, shops, restaurants and resort centre are all a short walk away.
The bedrooms and terrace look out over the resort and the Oisans range. You can even see the legendary Tour de France finish from the apartment.

Everything to know before booking
How many guests can Chalet Jepima sleep?
Up to 6: one double bedroom, one bunk bedroom and a mezzanine with a double bed, in a 55 m² top-floor apartment.
How far is it to the slopes?
About 100 metres – a two-minute walk to the end of the street – in the Cognet district, between the shops and the main slope roundabout. Two ski lockers are on the ground floor.
How much does a week cost?
Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Winter 2026-2027: €2,600 to €3,500 per week depending on dates. Summer 2027: €1,200 per week. Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
How do I book?
Directly with the owner, with no platform fees: send your dates using the form on this page or email info@chalet-jepima-alpedhuez.com. We will confirm availability and booking terms by return.
Are linen and cleaning included?
Yes. Sheets, pillowcases, tea towels, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning are all included.
Is there parking?
Yes, one private parking space is reserved in front of the chalet. A second space may be available depending on snow and availability.
Is the apartment suitable for families?
Yes: bunk bedroom, high chair, board games, fully equipped kitchen and a quiet street a short walk from the slopes and shops.
Are there lift pass discounts?
Yes. Our owners' club code, sent with your booking, gives access to discounted lift passes and partner offers in the resort.
Can I stay at Chalet Jepima in summer?
Yes, from late May to late August: hiking to Lac Besson, mountain biking, cycling the 21 hairpins and family activities, with the south-facing terrace as an extra living room.
