When you send a booking request we receive your name, email, phone (optional), number of guests, dates and message. This data is used only to reply to your request and manage your stay (Article 6.1.b GDPR), is read only by the owner, is hosted by OVHcloud in France and is never sold or shared.

We keep it for three years after our last exchange, or longer where accounting rules require it for a confirmed booking. The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies; fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some pages show an OpenStreetMap map, which receive your IP address.

To access, correct or delete your data, email info@chalet-jepima-alpedhuez.com. You may also complain to the French data authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
